What are the electroplating quality requirements of prototypes?
Electroplating usually refers to the salt solution containing metal, to be plated substrate metal as the cathode, through electrolysis, so that the metal partials in the solution deposition on the substrate metal surface and format one coating surface.
The electroplating quality requirement should at least include below 4 aspects,
- The coating can meet designed the thickness and have as few pores as possible;
- The coating should be fine crystallization, smooth, uniform thickness;
- The coating should meet the specified indicators, such as brightness, hardness, electrical conductivity, etc;
- Good adhesion between coating and matrix metal, coating and coating.
