What is Customer Experience?

It is a collection of users, products and services. If you ask someone what their user experience is with a product, they might say "good, cheap, good quality, blabla" because there are so many things.

In the Internet era, user experience is becoming more and more critical to business success. When users buy your products, they do not end the transaction with you.
